Hello, my name is Roger [last name removed]. I have a company named M & J Twin Enterprises. The purpose of my email is just to express my sincere and not most gratitude for JD Parker‘s work even though I’ve been in the sales and construction business for 25 years. I’d like to check with the contractors and utility companies just to make sure I’m doing things correctly. I have called JD several times and every single time he is courteous thorough. He follows up and he does so with a high level of customer service from a person who has trained many people I recognize a person‘s willingness to go the extra mile and I’ve definitely received that with JD. It is ironic that we are about to have another bad weather heading our way, and more likely we will lose power again, like we did the last winter storm February 2021 which left many of us homeowners with no electricity for days in extreme cold and what actually saved us from freezing was having natural gas service with you guys.
